User and Clinician Manuals are available for the MoodGYM online cognitive behaviour therapy training program.

The User’s Guide explains how users can interact with the site – outlining what to expect and answering common questions. (16 pages).

The Clinician’s Manual is designed for clinicians who wish to use MoodGYM as an adjunct to their own clinical practice, and for users who wish to understand the rationale and theoretical basis of MoodGYM. (71 pages).
